Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements for assigned business units
Partner with leadership to analyze results versus plan and deliver actionable financial insights
Prepare sales commissions and assist with the integration of acquisitions into existing financial processes and systems
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through proper documentation, coding, and reconciliation
Communicate monthly financial results and key trends to management in a clear and timely manner
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and reporting accuracy
Support audit activities and contribute to special projects as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
Solid understanding of accounting principles; Revenue reconciliation experience preferred
Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
ERP system experience preferred
Primarily remote position with occasional in-person collaboration in the St. Louis area
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
