About the Role A global, industry-leading manufacturing organization is seeking a

Manager of Financial Reporting and Consolidations

to oversee corporate reporting, global consolidations, and compliance with U.S. GAAP. This role is highly visible within the finance organization and plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of consolidated financial statements for global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

global financial consolidation process

for multiple entities across international locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Oversee the

preparation and review of consolidated financial statements , footnote disclosures, and management reports.

Manage the

monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes , ensuring timeliness and consistency in reporting across subsidiaries.

Partner with regional finance teams to ensure proper intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations, and consolidation adjustments.

Support

external audits

and coordinate with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.

Prepare and review

journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses

to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Assist in the preparation of the annual report, financial statements, and technical accounting memos.

Lead process improvement initiatives focused on

automation, efficiency, and control enhancements

within the reporting and consolidation processes.

Serve as a subject matter expert on

accounting policy, consolidation systems, and internal controls .

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

required.

CPA

strongly preferred.

4+ years of progressive accounting experience , including a minimum of 1 year in

public accounting

(Big 4 or large regional firm preferred).

Prior experience in

global manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environments

strongly preferred.

Deep understanding of

U.S. GAAP, consolidation accounting, and financial reporting standards .

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively across teams and communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
