We are partnering with a growing, global leader in the medical device industry who is seeking a
Manager of Corporate Financial Reporting and Consolidations
to oversee global consolidation and financial reporting processes. This role partners closely with finance teams worldwide to drive reporting accuracy, system efficiency, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities
Lead global consolidation and financial reporting processes (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
Manage and optimize financial systems (OneStream, D365, SAP, Sage), including hierarchy and COA maintenance
Support implementation of new systems and reporting tools
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting standards
Partner with global Accounting, FP&A, and Tax teams to improve close processes
Assist with earnings releases, 10‑Q/10‑K filings, and audit coordination
Identify and implement process improvements and reporting enhancements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
4+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidations, or corporate accounting (2+ years in a leadership role)
Public accounting experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Experience with OneStream and/or D365 preferred; advanced Excel skills required
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
