Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role We’re hiring a
Customer Experience Specialist
who brings energy, professionalism, and top‑tier customer service to our front desk. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers—both on the phone and in person—and play a key role in their experience from estimate to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication
Handle high‑volume inbound calls for estimates and scheduling
Promote our services and assist customers in booking appointments
Explain service steps and pricing clearly and confidently
Use our dispatch system to coordinate work with technicians
Identify upselling opportunities to maximize value for the customer
Stay organized in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment
Support the team and contribute to a winning shop culture
What We’re Looking For
A people‑first mindset with great energy
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Highly organized, detail‑focused, and able to multitask
Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
Comfortable working on‑site and interacting with customers daily
Compensation
Hourly pay based on experience
