As
Account Manager , you’ll sit at the intersection of
relationship management, product expertise, and commercial strategy .
You will:
Manage and grow relationships with institutional clients — asset managers, hedge funds, and dealers.
Deeply understand clients’ workflows, trading priorities, and data needs.
Drive adoption of the firm’s
FinTech SaaS solutions.
Partner with product and sales teams to ensure clients extract maximum value from the platform.
Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell through insight-led engagement.
Represent client interests internally, influencing product roadmaps and service delivery.
This is a
high-impact, client-facing
role that combines commercial awareness with strong product fluency and market understanding.
About You
5+ years’ experience in
account management or relationship management
within
capital markets or financial technology .
Strong understanding of
fixed income, trading platforms, or market data solutions .
Proven success managing enterprise-level relationships and driving client growth.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment with a collaborative mindset.
