Key Responsibilities
Provide high-touch, personalized support to customers and distributors
Manage orders, updates, and returns from start to finish
Serve as the main contact for product and shipping inquiries
Collaborate with field reps and internal teams for seamless service
Maintain accurate client records and proactively support ongoing needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of client service or support experience
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Full Circle or RepSpark experience a plus
