We’re seeking an Entry-Level Community Relations Manager to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands‑on experience in community outreach, public relations, and brand partnerships.
In this role, you’ll help strengthen our local presence, support meaningful community initiatives, and drive projects that create a positive impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with local nonprofits, community leaders, and partner organizations
Assist in planning and executing community events, sponsorships, and volunteer programs
Represent the company at public events, networking functions, and community outreach initiatives
Collaborate with the marketing team to align community programs with brand messaging and business goals
Respond to public and customer inquiries with professionalism and care
Track, report, and analyze engagement metrics to measure success and improve outreach strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Personable, outgoing, and confident in public speaking and networking
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passionate about community building, brand advocacy, and relationship management
Previous internship, volunteer work, or experience in PR, community outreach, or nonprofit sectors is a plus
