The Role

We’re looking for a German-speaking Business Development and Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

You’ll identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and represent GNM at industry events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow GNM’s customer base in the DACH market.

Identify and engage with potential clients — ISPs, CDNs, carriers, hosting and data center operators, enterprises.

Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.

Represent GNM at regional and international telecom events (e.g., EPF, Peering Days, NOGs, etc.).

Collaborate closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

Native or fluent

German

and good

English .

Proven experience in

telecom/network sales

or related wholesale technical sales.

Understanding of connectivity services (DWDM, wavelengths, dark fibre, IP transit, IX, etc.).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently, with flexibility for travel across Europe.
