Your Role as Lead Account Executive (DACH)

You’ll own the full sales cycle across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (from outbound prospecting to close) shaping the regional go-to-market motion alongside marketing and leadership.

Identify and win new clients in PropTech, flexible workspace, and commercial real estate.

Manage consultative sales cycles (3–6 months; €20–100k ARR deals), partnering up with Sales Engineer for technical validation and demos.

Contribute to account-based marketing, events, and content localization.

Feed local insights (competitors, pricing, buyer pain points) into GTM strategy.

Who You Are

Experience: 3–7 years in full-cycle SaaS Sales (mid‑market/enterprise), preferably within PropTech, real estate, or workplace technology is a plus.

Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial, analytical, and self‑motivated. Comfortable owning a region solo.

Location: Remote within Germany (occasional client visits and offsites).

The Interview Process

1. Intro / Cultural Fit: 45 min with the Sales & Marketing Director (motivations and alignment).

2. Functional Interview: 45 min with Sales & Marketing leadership (sales approach & methodology).

3. Final Board Session: 90‑min presentation of your 30‑60‑90 plan with the Managing Director.
