Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate
Base pay range
$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

As part of the freezer, cooler, and deli team you will keep shelves stocked, maintain the operations and sanitary conditions of the freezers and coolers, and provide friendly service at the deli. Keeping shelves clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lower‑quality food.
Packing ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
Job Duties
Maintains the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
Maintains the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area, including handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, and completing required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.
Follows company policies related to the freezer/cooler area by complying with food‑handling policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, following cold‑chain procedures when stocking, cleaning the area, monitoring freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors for proper operation, and reporting issues to management.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Success in completing all required training and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.
Preferred Qualifications Has any relevant experience or education in food service or operations is preferred.
