Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate
Base pay range
$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr
Overview The Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker supports fresh food operations by stocking and merchandising in the freezer, cooler, and deli areas. You will help maintain product quality, ensure accurate expiration dates, keep shelves clean, and provide member service on the sales floor.
What you'll do
Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to Management.
Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area according to company policies; receive and stock merchandise; set up, clean and organize displays; remove damaged goods; price and sign merchandise; complete required audits and documentation; and secure fragile and high-shrink items.
Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues while promoting company products and services.
Follow policies related to Freezer/Cooler areas by complying with food handling policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, following Cold Chain procedures, cleaning the area, and reporting issues to Management.
Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays; maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
