Compensation: $57,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Job Summary General Managers lead their teams in providing our guests with the most exceptional experience in Southern Hospitality. They develop and lead a team that drives traffic, sales, and profitability by maintaining a customer‑centric culture and ensuring outstanding guest and employee experiences.

Responsibilities People:
Actively seek growth opportunities or assignments for development.
Communicate effectively and timely with all guests (internal and external).
Takes an active role with all new team members.
Serve as a subject‑matter expert and adhere to all systems and processes.
Effectively demonstrate our cultural principles in every interaction.
Performance:
Subject‑matter expert and adherence to systems, including BoFood and BoLabor.
Uphold standards and take corrective action when standards are not met.
Empower team members to maintain WOW guest service.
Reduce repair & maintenance through proper manager walks, process execution, and timely escalation of opportunities.
Engage and foster external community relationships to include recruitment and sales growth, e.g. digital platforms and catering.
Profit:
Increase same‑store growth through sales and guest counts.
Understand the restaurant’s P&L results.
Understand how quality, service, and cleanliness impact sales.
Actively participate in inventory management.
Demonstrate and uphold all safety and security standards.
Engage in all LTO throughout the LTO life cycle, including training and POP by deadlines.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ management experience.
18 years or older.
Able to read, write and speak English.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50‑hour work week.
Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
Prior Microsoft Office experience.
Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
Ability to multi‑task and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to bend, stand, kneel and frequently lift 25+ lbs.
