The Client Services associate is a detail-oriented team member who helps drive the growth of PeakMade Real Estate. This position will assist the business development efforts of PeakMade Real Estate, with primary responsibility for all aspects of underwriting management opportunities, researching market statistics, and helping maintain lasting relationships with new and current client partners of PeakMade’s multifamily housing division.

What You'll Do

Execute a comprehensive analysis of multifamily budget underwritings and research. Proactively research target markets to analyze market trends, including but not limited to changes in income, expenses, and occupancy.

Serve as a visible and engaged representative of PeakMade Real Estate at industry forums, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to build connections and expand our network.

Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients through consistent and effective communication.

Collaborate with the Client Services team to implement and execute the corporate client relations program.

Assist in the preparation of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and financial analyses.

Organize the completion of proposals and pitch documents.

Occasionally assist the student housing division as needed.

Participate in industry-sponsored events, i.e., conferences, relevant organizations, etc.

Collaborate with internal departments on the creation and execution of PeakMade external advertising and industry outreach.

Lead and/or assist in consulting assignments as necessary.

Assist with transitions of third-party management deals as necessary.

Assist with property due diligence as needed (conduct property inspections and market research).

What You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized 4-year college or university strongly preferred

Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.

Two years in a B2B sales role or sales skills

Experience in the residential housing sector strongly preferred

Excellent time management and organization skills

High degree of proficiency in Excel and Word

Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent networking, persuasion, and sales experience

Strong written and oral communication skills required

Good team mojo essential for success

Proven ability to demonstrate Peak’s Mindsets
