A leading law firm is seeking a skilled Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong M&A transaction experience, including document drafting, deal management, and client relationship handling. The ideal candidate will be able to manage day-to-day operations, supervise junior associates, and advise clients on a variety of sophisticated M&A matters.
Location
Duties
Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary documents for M&A transactions.
Supervise junior associates and manage workflow on M&A matters.
Advise clients on M&A-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Handle day-to-day operations and demands related to M&A transactions.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in M&A law, with a proven track record in managing transactions.
Strong understanding of M&A transaction structures, including due diligence and post-closing matters.
Experience drafting and negotiating M&A agreements and ancillary documents.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admission to the State Bar (California preferred).
