Job Description Details
Ability to contribute design, production, coordination, and architectural detailing as part of a multi‑disciplinary team
Public and/or private sector project experience in markets including Commercial, Municipal, K‑12, Higher Education, Transit/transportation facilities, or Industrial
Ability to assist with materials and products research/selection for project specifications
Experience with the process of coordinating and integrating engineering components and consultant work into a unified set of design documents
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with Director of Architecture, project managers and other team members
Self‑starting with strong work ethic, time management and troubleshooting skills
Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects
Experience with building codes, zoning ordinances, and generally knowledgeable in jurisdictional processes
Team player willing to accept a full range of responsibilities
Demonstrated interest and progress toward becoming a Registered Architect
Experience with public project delivery process is preferred
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
1–3 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Sketch‑Up, and other modeling and rendering software
Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and professional commitment
Design & creative talent with confidence to take design initiative
Participate in activities that strengthen our company culture, knowledge base, and capabilities
Commitment to challenging yourself to constantly improve and learn
Self‑starting with strong work ethic and time management skills
Good decision‑making skills, flexibility, focus on quality and attention to detail
