Account Executive – Austin, TX. Hybrid. Full time. About the job Advantra is partnering with a early-stage aerospace and defense software startup in Austin to hire an Account Executive to drive new business and evangelize their quality management software to manufacturers. About the role

You will own the full sales cycle from building pipelines to delivering demos and closing deals. You will become an expert in the product suite and advise prospects on best practices. You will collaborate with product marketing and engineering to ensure a smooth sales process. Responsibilities

Build and manage an outbound sales pipeline. Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and prioritize deals. Design and deliver product presentations and demos showing ROI. Run a well-structured sales process with clear next steps. Collaborate with product marketing and engineering teams. Advise prospects on product best practices and solutions. Deepen industry and technical knowledge to position value effectively. Track and report sales metrics and forecast accurately. Own customer relationships from outreach through closing deals. Core requirements

1.5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in mid-market or enterprise segments. Consistent track record of over-achieving sales targets. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. US Citizen due to customer requirements. 3 years experience in customer success or operations roles. Experience gathering analytics from SQL databases. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to manage full sales cycle independently. Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Experience in B2B SaaS sales preferred. Nice to have

Experience working with manufacturing or aerospace customers. Knowledge of quality management software or manufacturing processes. Experience in highly-regulated industries. Familiarity with AS9102 standards and first article inspection processes. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a startup. Compensation
