Outside Commercial Sales Representative Location: Raleigh, North Carolina. The role develops relationships with existing customers and aggressively seeks and secures new customers through prospecting activities to sell commercial doors.

Responsibilities

Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related products and services.

Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial building owners/managers, colleges, K‑12 schools, municipalities, and hospitals in Raleigh and surrounding areas.

Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.

Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.

Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Prefer a minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience calling on business‑to‑business, ideally commercial accounts selling retrofit or similar products. Other applicable experience, especially if mechanical‑type products have been sold, will be considered.

Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Ability to apply technical knowledge and understand mechanical systems.
