YOUR SCHEDULE AS OUR VAN DRIVER - TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST:
Full- or part-time options
Work within business hours of 7 am–7 pm
Split shift schedule working in the morning and afternoon on school days and/or Saturday mornings
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR FULL- OR PART-TIME VAN DRIVER - TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST:
As your day begins, you set out from home with a sense of purpose, prepared to safely transport children with disabilities and developmental needs. You cultivate an atmosphere of calm, patience, and respect, knowing how essential this environment is for your passengers. You work alongside a monitor who ensures each child feels comfortable and secure, while clear communication with parents, caregivers, and staff creates a supportive network. Safety is a guiding principle, influencing every aspect of your role, from pre-trip checks to driving. You take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-prepared vehicle, reflecting your reliability and responsibility. Valid Massachusetts driver's license, held for at least 3 consecutive years
Clean driving record with no suspensions or major violations
Reliable, punctual, and emotionally steady
Available to work mornings and afternoons on school days (split shift schedule) and/or Saturday mornings
Steady under pressure, even if a child is not
Open to training if you bring the right personality and mindset!
Ability to service the Leominster, Fitchburg, and Gardner areas
