Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our innovative engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and developing CNC programs for a variety of machinery using CAD/CAM software. This role is vital in enhancing productivity, efficiency, and accuracy in our manufacturing processes. As a CNC Programmer, you will be dealing with materials such as Inconel and Titanium, utilizing your expertise in Solidworks and lathe operations. This is a full-time, permanent position, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and create CNC Programs using CAD/CAM software. 2. Perform programming at the machine (G&M code) as well as CAM programming. 3. Design and develop tooling, fixtures, and other machining aids. 4. Work closely with the production team to ensure the successful execution of programs. 5. Perform complex setups on CNC machines and produce parts to tight tolerances. 6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and tooling. 7. Understand and interpret complex blueprints, sketches, and models. 8. Monitor and optimize cutting conditions to increase productivity and tool life. 9. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. 10. Continuously improve machining processes and techniques through innovation and up-to-date industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 4 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in the engineering industry. 2. Proficient in CAD/CAM software, preferably Solidworks. 3. Extensive experience with lathe operations. 4. Solid understanding of materials such as Inconel and Titanium. 5. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, sketches, and models. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 8. A strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and production layout. 9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 10. Strong commitment to quality, productivity, and team performance.
