Travel Nursing Job Details Location: Burlington, MA (01805) – Massachusetts nursing jobs Setting: Nursing Float Pool – Medical-Surgical Telemetry Contract Type: Travel RN contract Start Date: December 1, 2025 End Date: February 28, 2026 Duration: 13-week travel assignment Hours per Week: 36 (guaranteed 72 hours biweekly) Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights, 7a-7:30p & 7p-7:30a, rotating in 4-week blocks) Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Floating: May float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units in 4-hour blocks Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,470 - $2,540 Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN experience Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts BLS certification (AHA required) ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications preferred Epic EMR experience required Level 1 trauma experience preferred; required if no prior travel nursing experience Ability to pass day-one clinical testing (Relias practice tests available) Nursing Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry setting Float to various hospital units as needed, including ED holds, PACU, and other boarding units Manage patient ratios between 1:3-5 Accurately document nursing care and assessments using Epic EMR Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Participate in rotating shifts and weekend coverage as scheduled Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures Experience the best of Burlington, MA while growing your nursing career in a supportive healthcare environment.
