This leader is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, deepening relationships within the broker community, and cultivating relationships with enterprise-level prospects. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of solution-based selling in competitive markets.



What you'll be doing
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with Aptia's overall goals

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Sales Executives to exceed quotas and pipeline targets

  • Foster relationships with senior stakeholders in key enterprise accounts

  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats

  • Partner with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on prospect needs

  • Forecast sales projections and contribute to budget planning and territory management

  • Represent Aptia at industry events, conferences, and client engagements within the region

  • Ensure the team's adoption and accurate usage of CRM systems and sales performance metrics

What we're looking for
  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in B2B services or enterprise solutions

  • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed multi-million-dollar revenue goals

  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn data into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), software tools such as BenefitFlow, ZoomInfo, MiEdge / Zywave, HighSpot, and comfort with data analysis tools

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus

  • Willingness to travel across the region (approx. 40-50%)
