About The Role

We’re looking for a detail‑driven, proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Email Marketing Team, the crew that turns messages into magic! You’ll be the behind‑the‑scenes powerhouse who keeps our email campaigns running smoothly by managing leads, maintaining data accuracy, tracking performance, and even pitching in with content creation. If you’ve got a sharp eye, a knack for efficiency, and a flair for writing the occasional catchy subject line, this is your moment.

Salary Range: $20 / hourly

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Management: Handle incoming leads with precision, organize, qualify, and assign them to the right campaigns or team members
  • Data Entry & Tracking: Keep our marketing databases spotless and up-to-date, tracking lead sources, engagement, and campaign performance
  • Campaign Coordination: Support the email marketing team with scheduling, QA checks, and deployment assistance
  • Content Support: Help draft, proof, or format short‑form email content, CTAs, and snippets that make people click
  • Reporting: Compile simple performance summaries and spot trends in lead activity or engagement
  • Admin Support: Keep the team on track with meeting notes, deadlines, and file organization

What You Bring

  • A natural talent for organization and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and/or email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo etc.)
  • A basic understanding of email marketing or digital campaigns
  • Solid written communication skills, you can turn “we should fix this” into a polished Slack update
  • Comfort juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball (or the spreadsheet)

  • You’ve dabbled in Canva, Google Sheets wizardry, or A/B testing
  • You get a strange satisfaction from improving systems and workflows
