We're a mid-size New York agency that works across multiple industries—technology, real estate, finance, luxury consumer products, entertainment, nonprofits, and more. Our focus is securing meaningful media coverage and building strong reputations for our clients through targeted campaigns, media relations, and crisis communications when needed.

This role requires you to be in the office 5 days a week

Salary range from 75K to 90K commensurate on experience

About the Role

RPR is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will work directly with our President with day to day administrative and operational duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and have great communication skills. Must have experience with C Level partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize President's inbox
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Screen calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
  • Book flights, accommodations, and create itineraries.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and take notes
  • Maintaining files, records, and databases.
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including executive leaders, customers, and partners.
  • Draft, review, and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and various documents.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience assisting C level Executives with correspondence and managing inbox
  • 3 to 5 years of administrative experience supporting a senior level executive in a corporate office environment.
  • Proficient in Outlook.
  • Experience assisting C level Executives with correspondence and inbox.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, often changing environment.
  • High level of attention to detail, with strong commitment to accuracy.Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
