A Typical Day
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
- Help ensure all client needs have been met during service, both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience.
Your Expertise
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
