Join the H&R Block team as a Seasonal Receptionist for the Laughlin AFB, TX location.

Typical Day
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional.
- Schedule appointments according to client preferences.
- Ensure all client needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule and/or ability to work in multiple locations.
- Sales or marketing experience is a plus.
Experience & Expertise
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
