Overview
The Administrative Assistant will perform general administrative and clerical duties, acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating projects, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring quality in all aspects of work while supporting a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, coordinating meetings and appointments, typing, faxing, ordering and maintaining supplies, arranging travel, and handling mail preparation and sorting.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing and obtaining information on matters of moderate importance and sensitivity.
- Answer complex functional questions requiring research and follow-up.
- Act as a key functional resource within the organization.
- Anticipate and coordinate projects and assignments, organizing schedules for self and others to meet deadlines.
- Gather and prepare data for upcoming projects and identify future needs to ensure completion.
- Make decisions using independent judgment within established guidelines.
- Prepare professional documents such as letters, memos, and presentations; ensure accuracy in grammar, spelling, and structure.
- Manage work confidentially, sharing information appropriately with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to peers regarding handling of proprietary information.
- Maintain compliance with all quality system requirements and build quality into all aspects of work.

- Willingness to travel to Arbor Lakes, Minnetonka.
Qualifications And Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Administrative or clerical experience required.
