Serve as primary advisor to high net worth and ultra high net worth families (10M+) providing comprehensive financial planning, asset allocation, estate and tax planning, risk management, and philanthropic advisory services
Work within wealth advisory team to grow client book, help with veteran advisor succession planning, and referral opportunities sourced from inbound marketing and internal business referrals.
Competitive base compensation level while building client book and revenue base to support compensation. Long-run 7 figure income potential for highly entrepreneurial advisors that can serve clients at a high level while also developing business from internal and external sources.
Requirements
10+ years’ experience in Wealth Management serving as the trusted advisor to high net worth clients
