Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Process and reconcile Accounts Receivable transactions, including invoicing, cash application, and aging review.
Manage Accounts Payable activities, including invoice entry, vendor payments, and account reconciliation.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.
Support month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
Maintain and update fixed asset schedules and record depreciation.
Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Summary of Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
