We are now looking for a talented and passionate

Group & Events Sales Executive

to support our Sales Manager.

What you’ll do Group Reservations & Events Management

Coordinate rooming lists and ensure smooth communication across departments

Manage group bookings in Apaléo PMS, ensuring billing accuracy and data integrity

Assign rooms based on availability and guest preferences

Collaborate with Sales and F&B to manage enquiries and execute group stays from start to finish

Prepare and lead weekly BEO meetings

Manage event logistics including memos, BEOs, and operational handovers

Ensure show rooms are inspection‑ready at all times

Maintain open communication with clients to manage expectations and changes

Support post‑event evaluations to continuously improve

Support for Individual Reservations

Assist the Reservations team with managing and confirming individual bookings when required

Upsell Opportunities

Use Revinate CRM to identify upsell options and enhance the guest experience while increasing revenue

Focused Communication

Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries via phone and email

Follow up on guest files, special requests, and cross‑team coordination

Billing & Payment Oversight

Work with the Finance team to manage group billing

Send and track payment links via Apaléo

Issue timely reminders for pending payments

Coordination & Collaboration

Work closely with the Sales, Accounting, Front Office and F&B teams

Share booking updates accurately and ensure everyone is aligned

What We’re Looking For Experience in a similar role in hospitality, reservations, or event coordination

Familiarity with PMS systems (Apaléo, Opera, Revinate) is a plus

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines with confidence and care

Strong attention to and a collaborative approach

A warm, guest‑first mindset and commitment to exceptional service

Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage

Competence with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
