Senior Production Planner – Pharmaceuticals
We’re looking for an experienced
Senior Production Planner
to take ownership of production scheduling, materials coordination, and inventory control within a fast‑paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations across planning, manufacturing, and supply chain teams — balancing efficiency, cost, and quality.
Base pay range $90,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Lead production planning and scheduling to align with manufacturing targets and customer demand.
Coordinate materials availability, ensuring timely supply to support production.
Monitor capacity, lead times, and workflow to optimise manufacturing performance.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with procurement, operations, and warehouse teams to resolve constraints or delays.
Analyse performance data to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years’ experience in production planning, materials management, or supply chain within a GMP or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
