We’re seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to lead and manage K-12 and educational construction projects in the Dallas, TX area. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with a strong background in school, campus, and educational facility construction, who enjoys overseeing projects from start to finish while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily construction operations across active K-12 and educational project sites
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to project specifications
Review plans, schedules, and budgets, providing proactive solutions for logistics, materials, and sequencing
Enforce strict safety compliance and maintain a culture of accountability on every site
Communicate project updates, progress, and potential issues clearly to ownership, project managers, and leadership teams
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to plans and educational facility standards
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Superintendent in K‑12, educational, or institutional construction projects
Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards specific to educational facilities
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
Proficiency with construction management software and digital reporting tools
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
