This is a full-time opportunity to oversee large-scale commercial and institutional mechanical projects while working in a field-driven, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee all phases of assigned projects — from preconstruction through closeout — ensuring that mechanical scopes are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading field and subcontractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage mechanical scopes (HVAC, plumbing, and piping) on commercial construction projects
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, submittals, and change order processes
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards
Support estimating, procurement, and project buyout efforts as needed
Project Types
Healthcare and institutional facilities
Higher education and research buildings
Government and municipal projects
Commercial offices and tenant build-outs
Industrial and mission-critical projects
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in mechanical project management (HVAC and/or plumbing)
Background with a mechanical contractor or MEP subcontractor preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with large commercial or institutional construction projects
