Position Summary We are looking for a proactive litigation attorney who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of cases. The successful candidate will have experience handling sophisticated business disputes and will play a key role throughout all phases of litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions
Conduct and defend depositions
Analyze financial records and assist in preparing complex damages models
Provide meaningful support during trial preparation and trial, including preparing witnesses, managing exhibits, and contributing to case strategy
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of litigation practice (or currently in the third year)
Ability to consistently bill a minimum of 40 client‑charged hours weekly, with up to 25 percent of time allowed on contingent matters
Strong written advocacy, meticulous attention to detail, and solid oral argument skills
