Our client, a San Francisco boutique plaintiff civil litigation and antitrust law firm thriving on the forefront of the generative AI space, is seeking a mid‑senior level associate to join their team. What Makes This Firm Stand Out

Qualifications
5+ years of experience running the full litigation lifecycle (investigation, pleadings, discovery, deposition, trial). Strong oral advocacy experience and excellent writing ability. Self‑starter, driven and independent – ready to jump in, learn quickly, take ownership of cases and work in a very fast‑paced environment. Intellectually curious and strategic – enjoy complex litigation, thinking out of the box, taking on intellectual challenges. Licensed with California State Bar. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery. Take and defend depositions, work with expert witnesses, examine witnesses at trial, argue motions in court. Manage the discovery practice – including client productions, e‑discovery databases, development of targeted search terms, and meet‑&confers. Prepare pleadings and contested motions (e.g., complaints, oppositions, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, class certification, and other complex litigation briefing). Supervise more junior attorneys and support staff. Base salary range $200,000 – $325,000 (DOE), + generous year‑end and business generation bonuses. Benefits
