Job Responsibilities
Purchase and manage parts for our client's location, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply.
Analyze inventory impact and manage purchase order quantities to maintain MRP health.
Address and resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies promptly.
Expedite critical orders and collaborate with the supply chain team for escalations.
Negotiate supplier contracts and manage supplier performance.
Inform management of potential production issues and assist in developing solutions.
Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2-3 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems like SAP.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
APICS / CPIM certification is a plus.
