This role will be the System Integration & Test Engineer & Tech Lead for the Architecture, Design, Integration & Test (ADIT) – F 22 System Integration & Test (SI&T) team. The team is responsible for mission system capability integration, maturation, and regression testing that supports all F 22 modernization efforts, ensuring new capabilities are verified and field ready.
What You Will Be Doing
Design and execute system level functional test plans and regression tests to validate F 22 mission system performance.
Develop and maintain test procedures and configurations that support capability integration and maturation.
Lead technical efforts by guiding engineers in test implementation, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating corrective actions across hardware, software, and simulation domains.
Analyze test data and produce clear reports that drive engineering decisions and inform modernization roadmaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (software, hardware, requirements, and program teams) to ensure seamless integration and alignment with program schedules.
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
