Finance Manager
Join Inland Respite, Inc. as a Finance Manager to support families and individuals with developmental disabilities by providing compassionate respite care.
Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Location: Corona, California | 8am-5pm Full Time/Hybrid | Travel: Occasional Travel

Classification: Exempt | Reports To: CFO
Position Summary The Finance Manager will oversee the organization’s financial operations, ensuring strong fiscal management, compliance, and accurate reporting. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and supporting leadership with data‑driven insights that align with the company’s mission and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor cash flow, funding, and financial performance to support operational sustainability.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and healthcare or grant‑related guidelines.
Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions.
Analyze financial trends and provide recommendations for efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
Support revenue cycle management.
Implement and maintain financial policies, internal controls, and procedures.
Supervise and mentor accounting/finance staff, fostering professional growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Experience in healthcare, social services, or nonprofit finance is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance requirements.
Proficiency in financial systems and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or equivalent).
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
