The successful candidate will become an essential part of a group that manages over one billion dollars in real estate equity and credit investments. As an Investment Analyst focused on real estate, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and executing investment opportunities. You will work closely with senior members of the team to conduct in-depth financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to support investment decisions. Responsibilities
Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and analysis of portfolio assets and potential real estate investment opportunities, including occasional site visits of prospective investments.
Perform market research and assess trends to identify attractive investment targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for investment decision‑making.
Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing real estate investments.
Assist in the development and maintenance of fund‑level financial modeling, including projections of capital flows and allocation forecasts.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions affecting real estate investments.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis, preferably in real estate or a related field.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other modeling tools used in financial planning and analysis.
Basic knowledge of FP&A concepts and best practices.
