Role Description This position is a full‑time Experienced Family Law Attorney who will handle various family law cases from start to finish, draft and file pleadings and motions, manage discovery, conduct depositions, and provide strategic advice to clients. The role involves both courtroom and behind‑the‑scenes legal work – including client consultations, case preparation, and legal research. The attorney will collaborate with more senior attorneys on complex/high‑net‑worth matters and work closely with other team members to ensure the best outcomes. The position is primarily remote, but candidates must be based in Southern California.
Monthly in‑office attendance
for all‑staff meetings
Court appearances
as scheduled
Occasional in‑person meetings with clients , as needed
Outside of these requirements, the firm is happy to accommodate remote work and provide flexibility.
Qualifications
4–6 years of family law experience in California
Strong litigation, writing, and advocacy skills
Excellent communication and client‑management abilities
JD from an accredited law school
