Responsibilities and Qualifications The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager works with leadership to set goals and develops a plan to achieve them. They lead a team of Department Managers, set departmental goals, coach and improve department performance, and may also hire and develop Department and Shift Managers.
Previous general manager experience running high‑volume locations.
Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality or retail is strongly desired.
Minimum age 18 years.
