Job Overview We are an independent franchise of McDonald’s owning and operating a corporate owned restaurant. The General Manager will run the profitable restaurant and ensure compliance with McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, setting goals, coaching, and tracking progress. They work with their leader to establish restaurant objectives, develop plans to achieve them, and oversee the hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to build a capable future team.
Qualifications Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience running high‑volume locations. A background in quick‑service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
