Talent Acquisition Manager @ Sogeti, part of Capgemini | South & Northeast Division About the job:

We are seeking a skilled Functional Test Lead with strong experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry and a solid foundation in Agile testing practices. This role will focus on designing and executing test cases, managing defects, and contributing to automation efforts using TOSCA and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).

What you will do at Sogeti:

Design, develop, and execute test cases based on user stories and business requirements.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Identify, document, and track bugs using Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing coverage and alignment with business processes.

Execute regression testing to validate existing functionality after changes.

Design and execute test automation scripts using TOSCA, contributing to the automation suite.

Ensure automated scripts are maintained and updated in the common automation repository.

Provide detailed reports on testing progress, coverage, and results to stakeholders.

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

What you will bring:

Strong exposure to the P&C insurance domain and related business processes.

Solid understanding of software testing concepts and Agile methodologies.

Basic to intermediate experience in test automation, preferably with TOSCA.

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar test management tools.

Experience leading testing efforts or mentoring junior testers.

Familiarity with other automation tools (e.g., Selenium).

Skilled in managing multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments with strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and effective communication and collaboration.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100,000 - $140,000.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
