About the job(s):
As a Senior Project Manager at Sogeti, you will lead the delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives across technical and business domains. You will drive execution with urgency and precision, set the pace for cross-functional teams, and ensure strategic outcomes for our clients. This role requires a confident, assertive leader who can influence at all levels, hold teams accountable, and deliver results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
What you will do at Sogeti:
Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and aggressive timelines.
Command project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, proactively removing blockers and maintaining momentum.
Lead and influence technical and business stakeholders, holding teams accountable for results and escalating risks with clarity and confidence.
Establish and enforce delivery standards, documentation practices, and operational rigor across all projects.
Deliver executive-level reporting, translating complex project status and risks into actionable insights for leadership.
Mentor and coach junior project managers and delivery leads, fostering a high-performance culture.
Facilitate quarterly strategic workshops and planning sessions, including in-person stakeholder alignment.
What you will bring:
8+ years of project or program management experience, with a proven track record of delivering under pressure in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Deep expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with advanced proficiency in Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, and Product Discovery.
Strong executive presence and assertive leadership style, with the ability to influence, challenge, and drive alignment across all levels.
Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level technical and business initiatives in ambiguous, startup-style environments.
PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
