Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer to design and develop adaptive forms, implement AEM configurations, and integrate backend systems for seamless data flow.

This role involves working on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms and Guides, ensuring performance, accessibility, and compliance standards are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop adaptive, HTML5, and PDF forms with dynamic capabilities, fillable fields, templates, and Adobe Sign integration. Implement and maintain custom AEM Forms components, templates, and OSGi workflows. Integrate AEM Forms with backend systems and identity management solutions. Develop custom JavaScript for form logic and data validation. Configure and customize Adobe Guides for structured content authoring. Create Adobe Guides templates and schemas for XML-based content. Ensure seamless integration between Adobe Guides and AEM for publishing. Manage version control, branching strategies, and deployment processes. Optimize forms and Guides for performance, multi-browser compatibility, and accessibility (including Section 508 compliance). Collaborate with business users, analysts, UI/UX designers, and developers to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve functionality issues; provide ongoing maintenance and support. Prepare technical specifications and document architectural designs for AEM initiatives. Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience as an AEM Forms and Guides Developer. Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms and Guides. Proficiency in JavaScript for form logic and data capture. Knowledge of XML, HTML, and CSS for form structure and styling. Experience with Java for custom AEM components and bundles. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Guides and XML-based content workflows. Skilled in version control and deployment strategies. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with other AEM platform capabilities such as AEM Sites and DAM. Knowledge of secure web application development practices.
