The Role We are hiring an Enterprise Solutions Architect who designs scalable, secure, and future‑proof systems that power the entire organization. You’ll translate business strategy into technical blueprints spanning cloud platforms, integrations, data flows, and security while guiding engineering teams from concept to production. This is a high‑impact, cross‑domain role for someone who thinks in systems, speaks business, and delivers at scale.
Core Responsibilities What You’ll Do
Lead solution design for enterprise initiatives: ERP migrations, CRM transformations, API ecosystems, microservices platforms.
Create architecture artifacts: HLD/LLD, data models, sequence diagrams, integration patterns, TCO models.
Own technology roadmaps: Evaluate emerging tools, define standards, and align with 3-5 year business goals.
Drive cloud strategy: Multi‑cloud/hybrid designs (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), landing zones, cost governance, resilience.
Integrate complex systems: ESB, iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi), event streaming (Kafka), master data management.
Champion security & compliance: Zero Trust, encryption, IAM, audit trails (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, HIPAA).
Collaborate with stakeholders: C‑suite, product, security, ops translating requirements into viable designs.
Guide implementation: Architecture review boards, PoC leadership, vendor selection, DevOps alignment.
Measure and optimize: SLOs, performance baselines, post‑implementation reviews.
What You Bring Must‑Have
7+ years in solutions architecture, systems design, or technical leadership.
Proven enterprise‑scale designs across integration, data, infrastructure, and security domains.
Cloud mastery: AWS (Solutions Architect Pro) or Azure (Expert), Google Cloud Platform experience a plus.
Integration expertise: REST, GraphQL, SOAP, Kafka, RabbitMQ, ETL/ELT pipelines.
TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent architecture framework experience.
Strong business acumen: ROI/NPV analysis, risk modeling, stakeholder influence.
Communication superpower: Whiteboard sessions, exec decks, technical blogs.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Nice‑to‑Have
Pre‑sales or consulting background (Big 4, AWS Partner, etc.).
Domain experience: Finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail.
Certifications: AWS SA Pro, Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP, CEDS.
Experience with low‑code platforms, AI/ML integration, or edge computing.
Published patterns or open‑source contributions.
