This Is The Right Position For You If
You love to execute project development from concept through construction while working with other design professionals. You coordinate closely with Project Technical Leads/PMs as required, to meet overarching project objectives while working autonomously on everyday tasks.
You are seeking to mentor entry level architects, directing them in design, production and overall coordination of the design process and technical documents.
Strong design, detailing, technical skills and a comprehensive understanding of architectural specifications, International Building Codes, Life Safety Code and ADA requirements. Ability to develop envelope and code strategies that meet schedule and budget objectives, working autonomously or with Project Technical Leads.
Coordinates regularly with engineers, consultants and teams to ensure full coordination and timely delivery of all aspects of project. Able to coordinate directly with clients and stakeholders.
You want to grow into a senior leadership role.
You have a proven record of strong technical design and detailing skills for both interior and exterior aspects of new build and renovation projects.
You have a comprehensive understanding of architectural specifications, international building codes, life safety code and ADA requirements.
You are self-motivated and able to problem solve independently.
Having an architecture license is preferred.
You have 6 - 14 years of working experience in a design firm with strong design, construction document and construction administration experience.
You are genuinely passionate about architecture.
You have exceptional communication and organizational skills, and you thrive at working in a team environment.
You have knowledge of design and construction programs like Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, SketchUp, Etc.
You’re able to travel overnight at times.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $130,000.
