Job Description

Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management matters.

Gather data, review documents and prepare quality of earnings reports.

Research and perform financial analysis of target companies.

Conduct due diligence for buy‑side, sell‑side and corporate finance transactions.

Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.

Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.

Opportunities for career development and advancement within the transaction advisory services group.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred.

Two to four years of experience in a mid‑to‑large‑size professional services firm performing audits and related services, and at least two years of transaction services/due diligence experience.

Professional designations or candidacy (CFE, CFA, etc.) and/or an advanced degree are a plus.

High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.

Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.

Intermediate modeling and Excel skills with ability to conduct complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and generate data‑driven insights.

Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to management, and ability to lead and drive initiatives.

Ability to work effectively and thrive in a team environment with all levels of client personnel across industries.

Comfortable interacting with senior level client personnel, including supporting preparation of and participating in executive briefings.

Compensation The compensation range for this role is $86,660 to $164,300; actual compensation is influenced by factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
