We are currently searching for a Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Service team within Financial Advisory Services. This is a great opportunity to be a valued business advisor and provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to our clients to meet their complex financial needs.

What You Will Do
Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
Research and financial analysis of target companies.
Due diligence for both buy side and sell side transactions.
Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
Opportunities for career development and advancement within the transaction advisory group.
Network and build strong relationships with clients and the community.
Invest in professional development individually and through firm-wide learning programs.
Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.
Successful Candidates Will Have
6+ years’ experience in a large accounting firm audit, financial advisory or transaction service line.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Certified public accountant (CPA) preferred, not required.
High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
Intermediate modeling and Excel skills, experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and generating data‑driven insights.
Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to management and ability to lead initiatives.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel across various industries.
Ability to interact comfortably with senior‑level client personnel, including supporting preparation of executive briefings.
The compensation range for this role is $114,000-$180,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
