Mechanical Engineer – Gas Processing

We are seeking a driven and technically-skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. You will own the lifecycle of critical mechanical equipment used in gas processing, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability while working in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment. Equipment Lifecycle Management

– specification, selection, procurement, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Code Compliance

– adherence to ASME Section VIII, Division 1, ASME B31.3 and other process piping standards. Project Execution

– collaboration with Process, Electrical and Controls disciplines to design, install and commission new equipment and systems. Technical Support

– subject‑matter expert for rotating equipment, troubleshooting, maintenance strategies and reliability improvement. Project Engineering

– management of project scope, schedules and budgets from concept to completion. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing or chemical processing environment. Strong knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (Section VIII, Div. 1) and Process Piping code (B31.3). Proven experience with industrial rotating equipment and mechanical systems. Excellent problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Hands‑on mechanical and troubleshooting ability. Experience in environmental sustainability such as biogas, renewable energy or waste treatment (preferred). Ability to travel up to 50%. Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications

Direct design or operational experience with centrifugal blowers, oil‑flooded screw compressors and industrial mixers. Experience in project engineering or project management, including cost and schedule management. Familiarity with the gas processing, oil and gas, or chemical industries. Military technical training (preferred). Knowledge of industrial gases and pipeline safety (preferred). Employment Type:
