Parts Administrator- Maintenance

Overview
-Receives, inspects, stores, and issues spare replacement parts, equipment, and expandable items used for equipment repairs and plant maintenance. -Takes inventory of parts and equipment, maintains inventory records, and completes monthly cycle counts. -Pick up deliveries in other buildings or locations and transport items as required. -May operate a forklift to move material and unload vehicles. -Prepare parts, tools, and documentation, for planned PM maintenance. -Ordering stocked spare parts -Setup / Maintenance of Parts in CMMS -Obtaining quotes as needed -Maintaining cleanliness and 5S of parts storage locations -Learn Maintenance scheduling / work order management to backup Maintenance Planner as needed. -Assist with various projects as needed. -Other duties assigned by management.
Skills and Experience
Previous Inventory Experience , at least 2-3 years
Experience working in a CMMS system is a plus, but experience working in a ERP is needed
The ability to provide input and suggestions as need to help improve efficiency with the inventory for the maintenance department
